2024 CQC Maternity Survey - National ICB Stakeholder Discussion Report
The CQC Maternity Survey ICB Discussion Report converts over 4,000 maternity patient experience indicators into a simple, actionable intelligence document covering every ICB in England. Rather than presenting raw survey results, it identifies key strengths, improvement opportunities and emerging themes around communication, choice, continuity and postnatal care, helping maternity leaders understand what women are telling them and where improvement efforts may have the greatest impact. Used alongside LSSI4, MSDS and Care Opinion, it provides an important patient experience perspective within a wider maternity improvement intelligence framework.
