Patient Feedback & Experience Intelligence
Elevator Statement :
The Patient Feedback & Experience Intelligence Programme is designed to help NHS organisations understand not only what is happening within services, but why it is happening from the patient perspective.
The programme combines structured quality-of-life data collected through the SIA EQ-5D Plus questionnaire with unstructured patient narratives gathered through three open questions and the national Care Opinion platform. Using AI-driven text analytics and healthcare intelligence techniques, thousands of patient comments can be transformed into actionable insights that help identify strengths, weaknesses, emerging issues and opportunities for service improvement.
The objective is to ensure that the patient voice becomes a practical and measurable part of service improvement and decision-making.
