Personalised Cancer Care
Elevator Statement :
The Personalised Cancer Care Intelligence Programme is designed to help NHS organisations move beyond a “one-size-fits-all” approach to cancer support by using patient-reported outcomes, healthcare intelligence and population insights to better understand the differing needs of people living with and beyond cancer.
Using the National Cancer Quality of Life Survey (CQOLS) alongside other NHS datasets, the programme identifies variations in patient experience, quality of life and support needs, helping organisations target personalised interventions where they are likely to deliver the greatest benefit.
The aim is to ensure that cancer services are shaped not only by clinical outcomes, but also by what matters most to patients.
